Your tasks
- Analysis, design and continuous optimisation of production and work processes
- Carrying out, maintaining and analysing time records, as well as determining and updating standard times
- Development and optimisation of work plans, manufacturing standards and process documentation
- Planning, implementation and further development of lean management measures to improve productivity, quality and cost-effectiveness
- Analysis of waste and the development of sustainable optimisation solutions
- Assessment of the ergonomic design of workstations and development of measures for improvement
- Preparation of key performance indicators, analyses and decision-making documents for management
- Close collaboration with Production, Work Planning, Quality Assurance and other departments
- Optional: Creation of 3D simulations for the planning of workstations and factories using the ema Software Suite
Your profile
- A successfully completed degree in industrial engineering, production engineering, mechanical engineering or a comparable qualification
- Alternatively, a technical qualification with relevant further training and relevant professional experience
- In-depth knowledge of industrial engineering, work planning, time management and lean management, and ideally relevant certifications (e.g. REFA, MTM, EAWS, FMEA, KVP)
- Experience in carrying out time studies and ergonomic workplace assessments, as well as in the analysis and optimisation of production processes
- Excellent written and spoken German and good written and spoken English
- Proficiency in using MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Analytical thinking, as well as a structured, independent and solution-oriented approach to work
- Strong communication skills, the ability to work well in a team and a confident manner
- Proactive initiative and a passion for continuous improvement and sustainable process optimisation
