You\u2019ll work independently, with a practical focus and in close collaboration with our interdisciplinary team.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Your tasks <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Mechanical design of components and systems using CAD (preferably SolidWorks)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Design and development of electrical circuits, assemblies and the cabling for small devices and systems<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>PCB layout and support with electrical design<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Integration of electronic assemblies into mechanical housings, taking into account installation space, heat generation and assembly requirements<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Construction of prototypes and functional models, and carrying out initial hands-on tests<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Supervision and execution of commissioning, as well as testing of components and systems<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Production of drawings suitable for manufacturing and technical documentation that complies with standards<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Creation and ongoing maintenance of bills of materials, including change management<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Technical coordination with suppliers, manufacturing partners and external service providers<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Contributing to risk analyses and the technical evaluation of development solutions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support with approval and certification processes (e.g. CE, EMC)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Providing technical support to our sales team in response to complex customer enquiries<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Your profile<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A successfully completed degree in mechatronics, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, medical technology or a comparable qualification<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Several years\u2019 practical experience in product development or design \u2013 ideally in an industrial setting<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proficiency in using CAD systems, preferably SolidWorks<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience in printed circuit board design and in the development of electrical circuits for small devices or systems<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ideally, experience in the development of medical devices or similar regulated technical products<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A structured, independent and reliable approach to work, with a strong sense of self-organisation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A strong technical understanding, as well as a willingness to engage in-depth with the background and requirements of a project<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You contribute ideas, critically examine solutions in a constructive manner and develop technical concepts independently, rather than simply implementing specifications<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to work as part of a team, strong communication skills and a passion for interdisciplinary collaboration<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Here\u2019s what you can look forward to:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Challenging and varied development projects with a high degree of personal responsibility<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The opportunity to play an active part in shaping products from the initial idea right through to series production<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>An interdisciplinary team with short decision-making processes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Plenty of scope to put your own ideas and technical solutions into practice<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Modern development tools and a practical working environment<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Opportunities for personal development and a pleasant, supportive working environment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Not every requirement is a 100% match for %? \u2013 That\u2019s perfectly fine.
