Your tasks
- Identification, evaluation and development new business opportunities, markets and target customers in Germany and abroad
- Establishment, management and expansion of a global Sales partner network
- Conception and realisation of Business development strategies
- Establishment, maintenance and development of long-term customer relationships
- Structure of a qualified lead pools
- Analysing market trends, competitors and customer needs
- Development new business models and go-to-market and sales strategies
- Development and Implementation of strategies, that dovetail marketing and sales activities
- Creation of Value Propositions and benefit arguments
- Participation in trade fairs, congresses and workshops
- Preparation of quotations, calculations and Pricing strategies
- Representation on Industry events and active expansion and maintenance of your own network
Your profile
- Successfully completed Study in the field of business administration, economics, medical technology, management or a comparable training
- Perennial Professional experience in business development, sales or strategic corporate environment
- Advantageous: Experience in the Medical technology sector
- Pronounced analytical skills and a good understanding of market and business dynamics
- Motivated, proactive and outgoing personality with fun in direct customer contact
- Strategic and entrepreneurial thinking as well as high self-motivation
- Business fluent in German and English
- Negotiating skills and Team spirit
- Willingness to travel and Flexibility

If we think that the advertised position might suit you, we will invite you to a first interview. The participants will be you, a member of staff from the relevant department and our HR manager. The interview will be conducted in a relaxed atmosphere and will serve to get to know you and your qualifications better, as well as to get to know the company imk and the advertised position better. After a positive assessment of the first interview, a second interview usually takes place to meet in person before you possibly work together as colleagues on exciting topics a few months later.
